Fig Chia Seed Pudding


Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

- 3 tbsp chia seeds

- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

- 4 fresh figs, sliced (or any fruit of your choice)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

2. Let the mixture sit for about 5-10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Before serving, stir the pudding and top with fresh fig slices.
